Online Application Tips

Before you begin your application, please familiarize yourself with the information below which will help to expedite the process. The application process will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

The online application is best viewed using Netscape 4.7 and higher or Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher. You may want to reduce the size of your browser's font to allow more of the application to be visible on your screen. Please have the following information available:

• Colleges/universities attended, degree earned, major and graduation date;
• License/certificate type, level, endorsement, date of issue and expiration;
• Three (3) references including name, title, organization, address and telephone number;
• Experience: dates, name of school or organization, name of supervisor and contact telephone number.

In addition to completing an application, you will need to send the following documents to Human Resources in order to complete the application process:

• Official transcripts from all universities and colleges
• Two completed professional reference forms
• Copy of score reports (instructional only)
• Copy of license/certificate from Florida or another state (instructional only)
• Two most recent performance evaluations (administrative only)
